Back on Track

Back on Track is a support service for children and young people aged 5-24 years (26 if care-experienced) and their families, who live in the Gracemount and Liberton High School catchment areas of Edinburgh.

This service is for those experiencing low-level distress related to family, peer relationships, education or the wider community.

Once you get in touch or you have been referred, we will work together to decide the most suitable support for you. We can provide:

• Systemic Family Counselling
• Parenting programmes
• Adult counselling
• Young people’s counselling
• Group Work
• Art Therapy

Support can be offered

• At home
• In school
• At the Goodtrees Neighbourhood Centre
• In the community

We accept referrals from professionals in addition to enquiries from families.
